Cyprès et maisons à Cagnes

$360.00

"Cyprès et maison à Cagnes" was created by Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani in 1918. It depicts a small house nestled among tall cypress trees in the French town of Cagnes. The house was painted in soft pastel colors, while the cypress trees stand out with their dark green leaves. It's  a perfect example of Modigliani's unique style, featuring elongated figures and simplified forms, which gives the painting a dreamlike quality. "Cyprès et maison à Cagnes" is considered one of Modigliani's most beautiful landscapes, and it is now part of the permanent collection of the Musée de l'Orangerie in Paris.
